Bull Run: Stock Market Runner

Reaching a person

Email contacttouchstonetech@gmail.com and a human reads it. There is no ticket system and no bot.

It helps enormously if you say which iPhone and which iOS version you are on, and what you were doing when it went wrong. If something looks wrong on screen, a screenshot is worth several paragraphs.

I lost my progress

Bull Run has no account and no server. Everything the game knows about you — your coins, your gold, your records, your roster, your streak — is a single file on your phone. That is deliberate, and it has one consequence worth being straight about: deleting the app deletes your progress, and nothing can bring it back. Neither can we, because we never had a copy.

Your Game Center scores are the exception. Those belong to your Apple Account rather than to this app, so they survive a reinstall and follow you to a new phone.

Restore purchases does nothing

That is expected. Bull Run currently sells nothing — there are no in-app purchases. The Restore purchases row stays in Settings for anyone who bought the ad-free unlock while it was on sale on an earlier build; tapping it re-checks with Apple and restores that entitlement if you hold it. If you have never bought anything, it will correctly find nothing.

The adverts

Every advert in this game is one you chose to watch, and saying no never costs you anything you have already earned. There are no interstitials — nothing plays between runs uninvited.

If an advert hangs on a black screen, close it and the run pays out as normal. If you are served an advert that is inappropriate or does not suit the game's 4+ rating, please send us a screenshot with the time and we will report it to the ad network.

Turning the daily reminder off

One notification, at 9pm your local time. Settings → THE BELL inside the game turns it off. If you refused the notification permission when iOS asked, the game cannot ask again — that switch lives in iOS Settings → Notifications → Bull Run.

Game Center and leaderboards

If the boards show grey rivals rather than real players, you are not signed in to Game Center. The screen says which of the two you are looking at. Sign in from iOS Settings → Game Center; the game will pick it up the next time you open the Ranks screen.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete all data removes the save file, its backup and the analytics identifier from your phone, and cancels the daily reminder. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.

Two things it cannot reach, and the panel in the app says so too. Your Game Center scores belong to Apple, under your own Apple Account — remove them from iOS Settings → Game Center. And measurements already sent carry no identifier of ours, so they cannot be looked up per person even by us. The full picture is in the privacy policy.

Playing offline

The whole game works with no connection. Only the adverts and the Game Center boards need one, and both fail quietly — a run plays exactly the same on a plane.

Requirements

iPhone, iOS 17 or later. It is not built for iPad or Mac.

Reporting a bug

Please do — the game is small enough that reports get read and acted on. Email a bug report, and if you can say which map, which character and roughly how far into the run it happened, that is usually enough to find it.

Privacy

What leaves your phone, what does not, and how to change your mind: the privacy policy.
